The capping is continuing to help them get involved in a raise as low as possible. Hopefully management are thinking in shareholders best interests to avoid dilution. I would prefer a loan to pay for the properties then raise in the next 6-12 months when the share price improves and liquidity has moved to gold juniors. Then pay the loan back as soon as the raise is complete.
