    Ramping is unfounded promotion not based on fact.

    Where have I not used fact ?

    The company announcement yesterday warrants Enthusiasm and further allocation IMHO.....and is not ramping.

    Being Correct is also not ramping. Some ungratefuls as usual or shorts ??
