Most of these costs are already calculated in to AISC, hence only the additional carting distance will be added. I believe ore will be transported using road trains. Fuel consumption 1 liter for 1 km, load capacity of 160tons. Going by those figures I calculated it to be around 1.2cents just for the fuel per ton. But maintaining trucks not that cheap either. Insurance, fixed costs of obtaining trucks. IMO I believe it will be (roughly) less than $20 per km run 160 tons of ore.
I appollogise for not putting calculations nicely.
So as for me it came to around 13 cents per ton added costs for trucking
