Unbelievable incompetence. Only 2 things to happen now, the sacking and the litigation. I also have a few more Directors to add to unfortunately a growing list of what i believe are "red flag Directors" here in Australia. If they had any decency they would have handed in their resignation letters this morning.
To answer your question @legaleagle88 - from day 1 it was obvious that GCY were not the stronger party in the negotiation. That was confirmed by the IER and then re-confirmed by what has transpired. Very Amateur Management team imo.
