    You may need to understand a couple of things. Firstly, this is a Binding offtake pre DFS!!!! Rather rare as usually offtakes come after DFS and even mining approval. This shows confidence by both parties. Secondly, it is 5000 tonnes out of ???? I think the PFS stated 100,000 tons per annum. SO in view of this your criticism looks very un warranted..
