I agree. And what do you really have to do as a patient?
Installing the App and having your phone next to you every time you use the inhaler.
And then most patients just take a call from the practice which can be scheduled and also driven by health/data management system.
Not sure how much paperwork/bureaucracy on reimbursements will have to be done. Guessing "zero"?
For children this is even more valuable.
Most people will stick to it as it is simply not adding inconvenience and provide improvements at the same time.
