While I applaud(with caution) this change in the company's direction wholeheartedly I point out that there is an AGM looming on the horizon with one strike already on the board from last year...
So it would be in the company's and major shareholder's interest to lift anchors and get some movement towards production. Unsure of the process if a 2nd strike was to occur, but those seeking a more balanced board still may get their opportunity later in the year?
