One thing he effects this scheme had when they announced it was to give SH the perception that mgt had “skin in the game” by giving themselves loan shares at a Price of $2.00....to many, we were of the impression mgt hadn’t to come up with the cash at some stage to acquire the shares. There were several CRs done after this. One of the “factors” influencing investment decisions in CRs for me was always the notion that mgt had skin in the game at 2:00...pain needs to be applied evenly, mgt should not get off...
