The problem with MOC is that there is nothing left to get it started again meaning the underlying value will be hit before they turn it around. ALl the money that should have been spent building the business and retaining franchisee's has been taken out as profits. Now, there will need to be a massive increase in spending to build up the business. This will impinge upon profits and thus reduce the share value even further. On top of all of this is the slow down in the real estate market meaning MOC will be trying to rebuild in a period of market slow down. This cannot work well for MOC in the short term but maybe over the next 5-10 years they can recover.
