Big question marks here over this potential deal. For 18 months the Board looked at 30 deals. Talking about drug development and clinical trials etc etc. Most here thought the deal was going to be BIO related!!! This is no where near BIO. It’s not even MEDTECH. This is VETTECH!!! Kiss goodbye those so called tax benefits heaps here championed. Where is the continuity of business or ownership???? Bye bye.
And tying shareholders up for over 4 months with a non binding term sheet????
Doubt very much the Board will get this deal over the line. They will be facing a spill motion tomorrow. All that is needed is 25% of shareholders in Resolution 5. If that happens you can kiss bye bye this potential deal as well.
