Why do these services need to be subscription based (paying 10K/15K a month, every month) ? Wouldn't the service only be required when undertaking a study (which we arnt)? or when we are looking to raise capital, in shape capitals circumstance.

Is it a coincidence that all 3 directors get paid a Salary, and then also have a side business that Magnum is engaging and thus increase their annual income?

Then there's 450K on Travel expenses- I understand you have to travel to progress the business but we are talking about 2 people, in 12 months spending 450K on travel while working on a Microcap company with no revenue.

Anyway, after all that, it kind of does make sense, everyone loses except the directors.

All making 250K plus annually while anyone who's actually put money into Magnum watches their investment deteriorate.
