I took the reason for the announcement as a desperate strategy to halt the slide.
Get some positive info out in the market place even if nothing material has changed.
Basic PR 101 I would have thought....but somethign we have lacked in the last 12 months

This sp has drifted lower and lower out of pure frustration, impatience and perceived inactivity.

I hope, other than the newsletter, updates such as these are more frequently released.
