There is a saying that past performance shouldn't be relied on - in this case it may just be a good thing. Perhaps a shakeout is warranted and perhaps it is a step in the 'right' direction. The underperformance you refer to will take some time to reverse - perhaps changing strategies will be implemented for the occurrence of such.
In any event, hoping your dire prediction of falling below $20 does not bear fruit. If, as some here already indicated, under $30 is a bargain, under $20 would be garage sale territory. At that level if an annual divvie of $2 franked at 75% were to be paid it would be rather attractive - though wouldn't like sp fall that far.
