Hi Parto,
Scoping study is generally a preliminary assessment which will indicate wheather the project is viable or not.

It can include information such as life of mine, indicated resource and grade, mine design and production capacity (TON previously indicated 50k Oz p.a from Ancuabe), infrastructure capital, and estimated completion times for feasibility study (a detailed version of the scoping study), mine development etc.
I'm not sure if it will include cost of mining at this stage but I have seen cash costs included before.

A good study should also open up the doors for investment. Considering results so far, existing resource and proximity to infrastructure imo should be a good study.
