As the 15% sale has been held to be fraudulent, they should really do a deal where they hand it back for what they received in exchange for the mining license.
I have not seen anything about the tax deal for a long time. Did that ever come through? If I were them, I would try to wrap that up too. On the basis that spodumene prices are high, they should be paying a fair but not excessive amount of taxes, and in agreeing to that deal with the government, it should help the ability to issue the license and move forward on the basis of a win-win deal that stands up to scrutiny and makes the government look good.
