You need to take out a bit more in tax. Yes we would be subject to Swedish tax law @20.6% but as TLG is domiciled in Australia our tax law would also tax TLG at the rate of 30% ( 30% is for entities > $50M turnover) but we would receive a tax credit for the Swedish tax paid as we have a tax treaty with Sweden
So by my calculations the tax rate is 30% ( Sweden 20.6% plus Australia 9.4% i.e. 30% less 20.6%)
