I wouldn't pin your hopes on the market getting excited by recruitment. People have been joining the company up to executive level since RJ arrived - the one appointment that stood out is the new CFO, given what his background MIGHT suggest about the company's plans, but without anything tangible by way of strategy you might as well have kept the previous guy and saved on severance costs.
