Jettison nonperforming sections of the business - business wise its good the decision was finally made.
Think a new attitude from the top is apparent now - with ability to make tough decisions.
Also hope analyitic's are accurate for the new and existing business in the future, and never know may out perform.
Turning a company around takes time and good decision making.
At least these guys have better communications than some companies I hold.
Still think I'm gambling but to the up side over time.
