So BVS drops by 15-20% because the earnings and profit MAY be the same next year as this year.... even though this year showed an increase in earnings and profit and they have 100mill in the bank after buying a couple of earnings accretive businesses.
Wouldnt QANTAS and a large number of other Australian business just LOVE to be in the same financial position as BVS ? I haven’t crunched the figures and tend to take a take a top down and a more “common sense” approach to my investment thesis, but certainly IMHO I still reckon BVS is oversold.
I don’t know about a $5.50 target, but anything under $4.00 is to my thinking, oversold.
