No MYR don't need SL on the board except perhaps his capital investment will be handy. He is a stickler traditionalist who doesn't seem to understand the problems retailing is facing and the contemporary customers needs and current trends. He only understands the bottom line which he is constantly screaming criticism at the management without saying anything which shows he has what it takes to lead MYR into the future. MYR needs old money but young heads.
