Aah! I remember those days. The rats used to run across the uncovered chocolate rejects at night, ground floor Lonsdale Street store. If working overtime, you could hear them scurrying away as you came down the escalator to go home. It put me off Kit Kats and Polly Waffles for quite some time. I could never be sure if the reject was part of the manufacturing process or if a large rat had taken a big chomp out of it. The rats were the size of small cats.
