Yeah it was a very disappointing 4C not just on results but on what they disclosed. They did mention the drawdown of the 4M loan on the report.
The change of metrics to not report ARR or change it makes sense after what happened in the last financial year where they reported full ARR for resellers but in the end they where short by about 6m in cash receipts from those resellers.
Headcount should be around 120 if im not mistaken. .
