I missed too. The report is very bullish, calling FY24 a watershed year for PAC.
Guidance is only that multiple suitors are being pursued with submissions expected to be received by mid-September. After this PAC will enter exclusive due diligence with party.
This could mean that Regal/River Capital need to consider increasing bid before this stage to get to final round.
Fair value at $11.92 might see slight increase in offer, but current shareholders miss out on FY24 upside. This is what we have all been hanging on for.
