Yep, the two big selling orders are gone. I agree with @lakota6 that today was a pretty weird trading day, it was based on fear pushing down hard due to those two big selling orders.

After the analysis of the transactions and the disappearance of the two big orders I have the feeling that is market manipulation. The departure of AK could be for different reasons but normally associated to whether directors share the same vision, shareholders' support, skills sets to leverage the company, and family or personal issues, so it could be anything really. What is certain is that AK is an experienced investor, a director in other two Israelis companies with many common shareholders and it would be silly of him to offload 1.7m shares in one day, my take take is that whoever placed those orders just wanted to "hurt" the stock and take advantage.
