I'm a top 50 shareholder - but hold less than 0.3% - small fish

zero association with Genius or Riversdale or anyone else on the register.

I 100% echo @longreach comments - these are all my concerns too and very worried about my investment here which is well down - since this slime of a management took over. I still hold this worry that if this vote is not successful within 6-12 months we will see a large capital raise to buy more centers from Genius destroying long term shareholders.

I will support a board comprising of both genius and riversdale if it comes down to it but right now i'm more inclined to support Riversdale (have already through my vote) as their interest is aligned with mine - having a profitable, low cost company paying dividends, allowing DRP, growing market share, not buying dud centers from Genius on inflated multiples etc etc - list goes on.
