I also have no links to either Genius or Riversdale. You can see from my posts that my criticism of the prior board pre-dates the appointment of the current management.
There is already one director that Riversdale accepts as fully independent. Do you really think she would remain on the board if there were dubious dealings with Genius and false market statements going on?
