Guys, your opinion about DEG's metallurgy which is released...

Guys, your opinion about DEG's metallurgy which is released today? As far I understand it:
- %Gold recover by gravity is only 18% (TSO is up to 75%)
- The remaining bulk sample needs to go through Flotation
- Concentrate goes to POX then CIL
- Tails goes to directly to CIL
- CIL recovery is 95%

So it means 82% of gold not recovered by simple gravitational method needs to go through Flotation and the majority of concentrate will go to POX.
My question is:
How expansive is POX treatment?
How many percent of Flotation is Tails and do not require POX treatment?
How expansive to build a POX treatment in Australia? I heard we have none so far?
