I agree, how ever REE resources are a lot more complex than a basic magnetite project like Athena’s which has taken at least 10years to get to this stage.
I am not sure how old you are Snowy, but I know I won’t be around to see any benefit from an REE project that they may or may not have, based on their past performance, particularly as they are not doing any drilling
