Not all of us have rental properties to sell. I am more confident (if that is possible) that ICG will be a major player in the coming years and the SP will reflect that potential. I may become a part seller when SP hits $5. I am not a greedy person but have invested considerable sums over the past 3 years. I will be happy to see other SHs reap their rewards.
