This announcement is stunning. By that I don't mean spectacular. I mean shocking.

Consider GCN's 25 years of nonsense in its claims for the future. Again and again it has turned its back on the wastelands of its past, that are littered with the corpses of shareholders.

And where are GCN's elusive auditors? Surely it would be a simple enough for GCN to find an auditor who could go through the books and give an opinion on the value of the GoGreen shares that GCN has enigmatically conjured up.

Then GCN might be relisted, and shareholders given an opportunity to rush out or rush in.
