The original project as defined in the PFS was based on revenue AUD $700 x 233 kt pa = AUD $163.1M (USD $119M).
Looking at some of the detail in this announcement:
Let's say they signed an offtake for just 20,000 tonnes at USD $2,000 then that is USD $40M revenue from less than 10% of the production plant capacity of Stage 1 + 2 ( 233 kt ).
Note the terms used above "approval testing". They have already supplied smaller samples and now this potential customer wants a bulk sample.
