Can't see this getting project financed at a reasonable rate either without binding offtakes underpinning long term revenues. It's too opaque a market to bank on spot. And putting someone in front of banks who is a more of an upside promoter won't bode fell for credibility.
I think the major shareholders need to be asking some hard questions now, otherwise it's a journey towards further dilution and value destruction
