News is needed on HRM to get the SP back up. A BOA from a major is needed to restore credibility to what James has been touting.
There has to be something coming soon according to this snippet. This upgrade needs to happen quickly and start some cashflow. Maybe this is what James means when we will be in production early Q1 whereas the DFS clearly states mid 2023 for train 1. He needs to clarify and start offering more solid info to shareholders.
Early (earlier than train 1) cashflow will help salvage some SP value in the mid term.
