Also just highlighting this excerpt: In June 2021, Andromeda announced “Significant Binding Offtake Agreement Signed for GWKP” with
Jiangsu Mineral Sources International Trading Co. Ltd (MSI) for sales of 70,000 tpa +/- 10% of Great White
PRM™ (refined ultra-bright high-purity kaolin) product for an initial term of 5 years at a price fixed for the
first 3 years.
70,000 tpa +/- 10% for an "initial term" of 5 years = 315,000 to 385,000 tonnes
However the DFS indicates that they only have enough PRM material to satisfy 56,000 tpa over 6 years (336,000 tonnes).
i.e. barely able to cover the minimum agreed to in the BOA, and clearly no chance of extending the "initial term".
