My understanding of information in the DFS is that the PRM will be only produced in stage 4 from July 2029.
This obviously means that the 2021 BOA for PRM is not worth anything at this moment.
CRM will be produced from July 2025 so the BOA for 5,000tpa is not worth much at this moment either.
This simply means no offtake agreements for anything in place at this moment.
Unless they announce offtake agreements for KCM or HRM soon this is not going anywhere.
