I took today's ann as a steady-as-she-goes thing and so being a 'have-some-damned-patience'! As to the filing of the application for the reduction in mining royalties, that might likely have been down to Joe Ranford.
Still accumulating, so pleased the ann didn't rocket the SP. (I want to sell at production, if ever, so the lower SP, for now, the happier some of us are.)
