no one has yet said what precisely constitutes any 'material change' to the company in today's announcement.
Everything in that announcement refers to possible future outcomes - not achieved outcomes - so, for me it's simply an update with no material consequences.
And saying something is imminent certainly does not constitute such a change until it is announced - unless the company is trying to say that the imminent announcement will lead to a material change.
