Investing is about looking forward, not backward. Hence why the share price has gone nowhere for years.
What I'm alluding to is the NZ property market taking a big hit.
Also, the debt these companies have is high - and rates are going up.
The costs of developments is rising quickly too.
All things considered, it's bearish for nz property.
