    UBS, charge a fee to others to borrow their stock holding, and then when the shorters are done and bought the borrowed stock back that they shorted it is returned to UBS. Find that significant holder announcement and scroll down the bottom and you will see the names of the shorters at the bottom. Regal is there amongst others. Probably Bank of America as well as they have been very active in shorting OPT as well.
    This has all happened several times before, and sometime after each substantial holding announcement appears, there will be another, ceasing to be a substantial holder announcement with all the sell transactions listed. I am not an expert on how shorting works but it is something like this, happy to be corrected if I have it a bit wrong…. Cheers
