To answer yes or no to a loaded question like that would be misleading. But I think I understand what you are essentially asking, so I'll explain. I think that businesses when approached by the sales staff of BRTV under Big Un Limited and agreed to be filmed did so in the hope that a good video is produced, an expectation that a good video was likely to be produced, & an expectation to sign up upon confirming that was in fact the case. I don't believe that most of them would have wasted their own time & BRTV's time making a video if they thought it unlikely that they would purchase the final product regardless.
