From 'The Australian' of Wednesday 8 March 2023:"Over 70 parties have registered interest in Scott’s Refrigerated Logistics at the start of the week to assess opportunities to acquire assets of the collapsed trucking company.
The company was placed in liquidation on Friday after a lack of interest by prospective suitors in the entire business at a price that would appease the receivers KordaMentha.
While 70 parties have registered interest, it is understood that six groups are interested in large packages of assets, with the trucking fleet particularly popular.
Understood to be among them are Lindsay Australia, Allegro’s Toll Global Express and Linfox, which were all considering buying the company as a whole..."
