    Neil, you have to agree that there has been very little to zero benefits to investing in this company (and the previous iterations/incarnations). The only benefits I can see IMO is to the Directors with $44m of losses by investors that a sizable chunk has been paid directly and indirectly to these Directors (third party agreements anyone? AGMPL?).
