as to LS' goodwill, "i'd be questioning the goodwill in Lemonsky", the biggest losers are currently LS' founders who are close to 70% down on the value of the ordinary shares they were issued; so yes, if SP doesn't appreciate before FY ends i expect LS' book value will be impaired to reflect fair market value; but SP should appreciate before then, especially if the IPO proceeds. LS' goodwill is $34m which i think is EXTREMELY low:
