Basically Gandel's holdings and erratic selling behaviour constitute a "sword of Damocles" hanging over shareholders' heads at all times. This highly unethical dynamic absolutely needs to be comprehensively addressed to give the market certainty for significant time frame else the uncertainty will mean ALK will never be valued on its fundamentals, to the detriment of all shareholders except one. To this end, Gandel should put his remaining shares in some sort fixed-term holding.
