I wouldn't say HRZ is in a great financial position, it was suppose to be producing by now. The longer the wait the more money gets whittled away. The wait is what is frustrating shareholders.
HRZ has approx $3m worth of VOX royalty shares it intends to sell. The shares were escrowed for 4 months which ends at the end of March.
