I think the words 'going concern' are a bit misleading and scare readers. Like I said most companies are a going concern i.e. have to prove their solvency over a period of at least 12 months. If they can't show that they are a going concern (solvent) then they basically have to liquidate.
The auditors are just signing off that they believe ADN still meet the requirement of a going concern (which is good) but they do have concerns, which is expected given no revenue.
I think the words 'going concern' are a bit misleading and scare...
