imo there should be no concern around the statements in the audit report in the going concern section. instead the main focus should be on main body of the report.

the statements in the audit report are simply standard audit requirements to cover situations where funding hasn't yet been secured and existing cash isn't sufficient to cover cash flow for a certain period. they don't give any indication, positive or negative, on future prospects.

auditors are bound by set standards - which by their nature are very conservative. they have no option but to make these statements

it's a tick box approach.
