I find discussion around options very interesting. Its a skill (read that as a complete fluke) to position yourself favourably, such as selling a few heads to cover for the conversion and securing a solid position.
The relief when the options come into the money validates the process. In fact, with ADN in the beginning 2018-9, options where low with a 1.2 strike rate. Many of us loaded up incredibly on options. When the heads went off their brain to 42 cents they were dragging the sp of the options up, that made for an easy conversion.
I am playing with options on another ticker at the moment. With that said, my greatest fear is of a takeover where the options might not count or be considered in the transaction causing a lapse losing the lot.
