Do you really think that it's all just about filling their pockets? Do you really think that the plant wouldn't be up and running if the company had had the money to do so?Wouldn't they be able to make more money (if that is the overriding consideration)if the plant were up and running and the company were really going well?
To me it's a straightforward(if incredibly frustrating)story.
Small cash strapped company with big ideas has to get money without getting eaten by bigger fish.Not an easy task.We now have the money, equipment,and people to finish the job.There is no reason for it not to happen.
