I just can't believe the stock markets around the world is heating up so much given almost every country is in or close to recession. Is the US recovering while they are printing $80B a month and the debt ceiling will be hit in May again? Does the US look like it is repaying debts or they are raising the ceiling again?

If the over-heated markets will collapse and any beep from APG that they have trouble completing the plant on time, 2.5c will be high estimate.

Come on, APG (Oy, Oy, Oy) don't let us down this time.
